Browse through the designs and add the ones you want to your cart
Choose size and colour from given options
Once you are done selecting, proceed to the checkout page and fill all your details.
Then you have to select the mode of payment and complete the transaction.
Our team will send a confirmation regarding your order and the dispatch details.
The invoice will be sent with your order.

What is Return/Exchange policy? How does it work?

Enjoy shopping @ Giga collection! Our Team makes sure that your product is Quality checked before it reaches you on time.

We offer an easy exchange/return policy keeping in mind the following points.

This is how it works:

Return & Exchange is possible if the item purchased from Giga Collection is not liked by you. Kindly inform us within 24 hours
We can arrange the same product as replacement; this is subject to stock availability.
If we don’t have the product available, please feel free to exchange to any product of your choice.

A few things to keep in mind before you apply for an exchange/return.

The product should be in original condition. I.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered.
Original tags, packaging and invoice have to be intact.
All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse/Shoppers Stop Store.
If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Refund for eligible Cash on Delivery order will be done through online transfer in the bank account as per details submitted by you at the time of initiating Return. We request you to take utmost care while submitting the bank details. You shall receive credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day of refund processed.
